Business Planning Work Groups Develop Final Proposal
The framework for the medical school entailed six months of planning that involved approximately 80 campus faculty and staff, community leaders, and medical school planning experts. They planned:
- The administrative, student services financial structure
- The relationships with local medical facilities
- The required campus classrooms and offices
- The research activities
- The academic issues associated with accreditation
- The clinical and clerkships program
